Worry No More

Many businesses have found that their profitability greatly improves by utilizing outsourced bookkeeping and other business services. Business owners (and their managers) can look forward to focusing on the core of their business; increased efficiency; and reduced labor costs allows for more capital to be used for revenue generating activities. You’ll also be able to get new projects, policies or procedures planned and implemented much quicker. Outsourcing allows you to build a better business. More and more, busy business owners find outsourced services to be the perfect business solution.

Time is Money

Why Outsourcing is Right for You!

As a small business owner, you have many hats to wear—CEO, Sales Manager, COO, Bookkeeper, File Clerk, etc. It can be really hard to keep up—you get so busy with everyday tasks that are vital, but they take time away from the reason you went into business in the first place. Sometimes, you may wear the hats too long because you feel your company isn’t ready to hire an employee (or additional employees). Outsourcing can not only take the pressure off you, but off of overworked managers and team members too.

Reduced labor costs alone is quite attractive to some owners by not having the worry of payroll taxes, vacation pay, sick leave and other benefits as well as additional equipment and training. It frees up your capital to generate income. Further, you eliminate the need for recruiting and/or temporary agencies and their fees.

Outsourcing professional services allows for interaction with another business owner who isn’t simply task oriented, but instead, invested in helping you find great solutions to your challenges and ways to make the most out of opportunity. Best of all you discover time. Time to grow your business. Time to spend with friends and family. Time is a key component of a good work life balance.

How it Works

How it Works

As your business grows and changes, your policies, processes and procedures must grow and change with it. What worked for a one to two person operation, may not be the best solution for a 10 or more person company. The reverse is also true when your company needs to scale-back.

Whether you require one service or a combination of services, big projects or small, on-going or one-off, the process is the same. Discovery. Development. Implementation. Management.

Discovery. First we get acquainted with your business, its goals, its culture, and its current needs and issues. Over a one-hour phone call, we’ll determine if we are good fit for each other and what will be the next steps.

Based on our initial conversation, we’ll follow up with the data that needs to be submitted for initial reviews. This may include access to your books, policies and procedures and other company records. After initial review is complete, you’ll be provided with a summary report of the review, price quote and proposal.

Development. Once engaged, the process of designing solutions for your company’s issues begins, along with a plan for reaching its goals. We’ll thoroughly examine process and procedures around problem areas in order to choose the best course of action to eliminate the issues.

This is also the time where we determine if your current software is up-to-snuff or if we need to look elsewhere for better efficiency and function. A plan of action is then presented for approval.

Implementation. Now that we have a plan, we’ll move into the implementation phase. This is where the changes roll-out. The goal is to get your company on track with the least disruption in company culture.

This will be the most time-consuming phase of the process, especially where catching up or cleaning up is required. This is where you see the plan come together.

Management. While some projects are completed in their entirety after the implementation stage, others require on-going management, oversight or maintenance. Weekly or monthly bookkeeping, human resources and team management or support, or business operations are easily managed as needed.
